Delivery and Returns

The majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours using the Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For or Next Day Special Delivery service. Where possible, we will dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day, for delivery the next working day (subject to Royal Mail delivery). This excludes orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, which will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

All delivery times are dependent on stock levels and availability. Very occasionally, there may be an item that is showing as ‘in stock’ on the website, which has very recently sold in store, meaning that we are not able to fulfil that order. In that instance, we will contact you ASAP to advise of an expected delivery date, or to offer an alternative product. Alternatively of course, if preferred, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery to mainland United Kingdom is FREE for all orders of £100 or over. Orders under £100 are charged at £8.95, to cover postage and packing.

Please note that we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
All parcels are sent via the Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For or Next Day Special Delivery service. 

When you place an order you will receive an automated email with your order receipt. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges payment. You will also receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched, which will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.

We offer a Click & Collect option at checkout, so that you can order online and collect at your
convenience, during our regular opening hours.

Most order will be available to collect in store on the same or following working day, subject to stock availability. Please Contact Us if you wish to confirm that same day collection is available for your order. Orders placed on a Sunday, will usually be available to collect from the Monday.
Your order must have fully processed and payment received before collecting in store.

When collecting your purchase, please bring a suitable form of ID confirming your name and address. Please note that orders can only be collected by the person who has placed and paid for the order, unless we have had official authorisation from the purchaser ahead of collection.

You have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase.

To cancel, you must send the original or copy invoice along with written reasons for the return, to be received within 30 days of the receipt of your order. This returns period is reduced to 14 days for any discounted or sale items.

Any returned goods will only be accepted for a refund if they are received in their original packaging, along with any accompanying manuals or documentation. Items must not have been worn or used, or show any signs of damage. Items may be returned in store during our regular opening hours, or posted securely. We recommend using the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service for items of value.

Any postage and packing charges are non-refundable, unless the goods received are faulty or
received in error. All return postage costs incurred are to be paid for by the purchaser.

Please note that all orders will be processed in the normal way during December wherever
possible. However, due to the volume of orders and volatile stock levels during this busy period, this may not always be possible. In addition to this, please be aware that postal services often take longer than usual, which is of course out of our control.

Any orders placed during the month of December will be subject to an extended returns period,
ending 31 st January 2025.
